What started as an expansion and extension of a top quality legal counsel advisory, with headquarters in Colombia and expanded to cover other countries in Latin America, became a comprehensive and useful business consultant where we deliver risk management for business. This realization leads the transition for products and services that we will deliver starting in 2011.
Managing risks of doing business in Latin America is a complex endeavor. However, we have accumulated experience and expertise and achieve to the point where we can offer risk management tools for our clients.
Our Coordination Center for Legal Counsel in the Americas includes the best team of professionals in terms of cost effectiveness, skills and expertise. Our activities need to be expanded and for that purpose, we decided to reinforce our team. Due to regulatory reasons, we decided to relocate the headquarters of the Coordination Center to Mexico City, and our network of legal counsel throughout the Americas will be coordinated from Mexico City while Our offices in South Florida will keep receiving and funneling the work of our Center but all the legal work will be performed geographically decentralized. Leading the Coordination Center will be Licenciado Raul Valencia del Toro, Vice President & General Manager.
